Seed phase

To further define our idea and learn the right way forward we start prototyping our ideas at an early stage and test them onto the market. We bring in users and other stakeholders to learn from and iterate based on our findings.

Plant Phase

Now we are confident that this is a very good idea; there is a clear need that we can meet and a profitable business opportunity for us.

In the Plant Phase we move forward with our prototyping and build the product or service into a releasable state to take it to

Still have questions? Please look through our Frequently Asked Questions.

Do I need my own capital to invest when it becomes it's own company?

In general, no you don’t. Many times a company needs investments before it can start to live on it’s own and at this time you may choose to invest or not, up to you.

If my idea goes all the way to be it's own company, how much will I own?

There is not a one size fits all here, it depends on what you come with and how much effort is needed from each part but in general you will own 10% of the company founded around your idea.

What if you decide not to move forward with my idea at some stage, am I free to keep developing it further on my own?

If you have received the information from us that your idea will not move forward or you don’t get a reply within a reasonable time, of course you are free to do what you want with your idea.

Submit Your Idea

Before submitting your idea, please make sure you’re idea follow the following criteria:
– Your idea is completely or in a large extend based on a digital solution.
– There is a clear need and/or business case related to your idea.
– Your idea should be unique or in a clear way show what makes it ten times better then the competition.
